A friendly guide to keeping Agender safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone. Agender is built on respect, openness, and community. These guidelines exist to make sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and able to enjoy the night without pressure or judgement. They’re simple, fair, and designed to protect the vibe we all come for.
1. Respect Everyone
- Treat others kindly and without judgement
- Discrimination, harassment, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated
- Respect people’s identities, boundaries, and personal space
- If someone says no, that’s the end of the conversation.
2. Consent Is Essential
- Always ask before touching or flirting
- Silence or uncertainty is not consent
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time
- If in doubt, don’t — it’s that simple.
3. No Pressure, No Expectations
- Nobody owes anyone attention, conversation, or affection
- Flirting is fine, pressure is not
- Repeated unwanted attention will result in intervention
- We’re here for connection, not obligation.
4. Look After Each Other
- If you see someone uncomfortable, check in or alert staff
- Respect staff decisions — they’re there to keep everyone safe
- Intoxication is not an excuse for bad behaviour
- Our team reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Photography & Privacy
- Always ask before taking photos of others
- No photos or videos of anyone without clear permission
- Staff may ask you to stop or delete images if needed
- What happens at Agender stays respectful.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy

- Aggression or intimidation
7. Drugs & Payment
Strictly No Drugs
The use, possession, or distribution of drugs or any illegal substance on these premises is strictly forbidden. Anyone caught will be banned and reported to the police.
Cash is our preferred method of payment — as a small business we’re charged for every card transaction, so paying cash helps us keep prices low.
